Micro group classes are limited to 3 to 5 members, guaranteeing that you will receive individual attention from our nationally certified trainers. Our personal training offers a one-on-one style that is particularly helpful for anyone newer to training, recovering from an injury, or who is working on very specific goals. All classes last 45 minutes.
We take all aspects of our members’ health seriously. You are safe here for many reasons. At a time when we are all concerned about our health, we’re taking additional precautions.
