Best workout experience I’ve ever had. Expert trainers. Don’t be another number at a massive chain gym. I feel like I’m getting a private 1-on-1 while also being motivated by the other people in my small group. They have new machines, tools, technology, and expertise that you won’t find at your typical gym. Trainers are the perfect combination of friendly, knowledgeable, and motivating.

Great during pregnancy.

I started working out here when I found out I was pregnant and they were more than amazing about adjusting the workouts to make it safe for me/the baby. The small groups assure that the trainers are watching your form while being in a comfortable environment! Love that its not the kind of gym where people are throwing around weights and being loud. Great music and totally worth every penny to workout here!

I’ve worked out at several gyms in the valley and group fitness places. Todd Smith Fitness in Phoenix is great if you are looking to safely and quickly gain strength. All the trainers here are experienced and focused on keeping you on track to meet your goals. The gym is spacious and very clean. The small group they created for me to workout with keeps me motivated and I always look forward to going. I highly recommend trying a session here. I’ve referred friends and family and after one visit decided to join.
