We look at fitness holistically and our expert trainers are present to support you at all times at the studio. Our micro group and personal training sessions are designed to ultimately improve your overall health and sense of wellbeing.

Join Us For Micro Group Or Personal Training

Micro group classes are limited to 3 to 5 members, guaranteeing that you will receive individual attention from our nationally certified trainers. Our personal training offers a one-on-one style that is particularly helpful for anyone newer to training, recovering from an injury, or who is working on very specific goals. All classes last 45 minutes.
